Rick Wuestling Speaks to Fellow Attorneys on Legal Ethics

On November 30, 2007, Rick Wuestling made a presentation to fellow attorneys at a continuing legal education seminar entitled, “Litigation Ethics.” Mr. Wuestling spoke on the topics of attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine and ethical duty of confidentiality. The seminar was sponsored by The Missouri Bar. Mr. Wuestling is frequently consulted by attorneys and law firms on issues involving legal ethics.
