Matt Nagel's article, "Duck and Cover" was published in the October 2008 issue of STLSOUNDS magazine. The article reviews the benefits and general process of forming a Limited Liability Corporation and why musicians should consider this as part of their career plan. It also marks Matt's first effort as a contributing writer to the magazine, which focuses on the St. Louis music scene.
