Wuestling and James Wins Summary Judgement for Insurer in Coverage Dispute.

In a recent declaratory judgment action, Precision Homes, et al. v. Quanta Specialty Lines Insurance Company, et al., Rick Wuestling and Adina Johnson won summary judgment in favor of the insurer. The insured claimed that Quanta's policy covered a claim for damage to a gas pipeline on the construction site. Rick Wuestling and Adina Johnson successfully argued that the claim was not covered because there was no "accident," and the claim accrued outside the policy period.
