Lisa Participates in MDA Lock-up

Lisa Opfer, office manager and paralegal, participated in this year’s 2007 MDA Telethon Executive Lock Up held on August 29, 2007 at The Redbird Club in Busch Stadium. The event was possible only with the assistance of numerous volunteers, like firefighter Dave Schmitt, who works for the Monarch Fire District in Chesterfield, Missouri. Mr. Schmitt volunteered to pick up “jail birds” and take them to the event. “This was my first year participating in this event. With the assistance of co-workers and W&J, I was able to raise $1,555.00.” Lisa stated. “I must say I was very impressed, not only with the way everything was put together but with all of the people and companies who not only donated their time but who donated their services. This was a wonderful experience.”
