Rick Wuestling Speaks to Fellow Attorneys on Legal Ethics

On June 18, 2007, Rick Wuestling made a presentation to fellow attorneys at a continuing legal education seminar entitled, “Legal Ethics: Solutions to the Most Common Challenges.” Mr. Wuestling spoke on the topics of conflicts of interest, Missouri’s recent changes to its rules on ex parte communications with former employees, confidentiality, and fee splitting, and other topics such as the process for disciplinary complaints. The seminar was sponsored by the National Business Institute and attended by approximately 50 attorneys. Mr. Wuestling is frequently consulted by attorneys and law firms on issues involving legal ethics.
