Dave Simkins Obtains Defense Jury Verdict.

On June 5, 2007, Dave Simkins obtained a defense verdict on behalf of Top Care in the case of Snipes v. Top Care, et al. In this matter, Plaintiff Eloise Snipes alleged that because of Top Care’s negligence in maintaining its sprinkler system, she slipped and fell on water on a walkway at SSM DePaul Hospital. As a result of this alleged fall, Plaintiff suffered a torn rotator cuff that had to be surgically repaired. The St. Louis County jury deliberated for less than an hour before returning a verdict in favor of Top Care.
