Wuestling & James Wins Summary Judgment in Legal Malpractice Case

In a recent legal malpractice case, Cowden v. Cohen, Rick Wuestling and Adina Johnson won summary judgment in favor of the defendant attorney on the basis of judicial estoppel. Rick successfully argued the judgment on appeal, where the Eastern District affirmed the trial court’s judgment in favor of Cohen.
