Thomas E. Fagan

Thomas E. Fagan is another of the firm’s outstanding young lawyers. In 2006, Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly named Tom as one of Missouri’s Up & Coming Lawyers. The Missouri Lawyer’s Weekly received a record number of nominations and the sixteen winners were chosen with the help of a selection committee which was charged with selecting the lawyers that had dedicated themselves to the legal profession and who merited recognition. Now in his 17th year of practice, Tom  focuses on representing plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of wrongful death, auto accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, product liability, worker’s compensation, construction and design defect liability.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Tom graduated from St. Louis University High School and now serves as a member of the Alumni Board. Tom attended University of Kansas where he obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Thereafter, he practiced civil engineering before he attended St. Louis University School of Law, where he won the Client Counseling Award.

Tom is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at Sacred Heart Villa, President of the Alumni Board at St. Louis University High School, and on the School Board at St. Justin the Martyr Roman Catholic Church.

Tom was active in politics. From 1993 through 2004 he served as an alderman in the City of Crestwood, Missouri. He served as Crestwood’s Mayor from 2004 to 2005.

Tom is a member of the Missouri and Illinois bars.
